Purpose:

As Accounts Administrator, you will support the Accounts Receivable and billing activities for Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Opening and allocating post
  • Ownership of all vendors relationships outside the top 25 vendors
  • Receipt of all TIP invoices and preparing for processing
  • Rejection letters for TIP invoices with incorrect PO numbers
  • Resolution of invoices rejected by the processing team
  • Chasing the business to resolve the invoices sat in their queues
  • Assisting the business in resolving queries where possible
  • Taking phone enquiries from suppliers & redirecting others to the Accounts Payable portal
  • Supplier statement reconciliations for all NSFE & SG&A suppliers
  • Chasing debit balances
  • Control of the business T&L receipts including logging and sending
  • Management of all final notice & on stop correspondence
  • Working with Managers/other departments on other projects as required

Whilst the above outlines the main duties of the post the list is not exhaustive and duties may need to change in the light of future developments or from time to time as directed by your supervisor or manager.

  • Proven experience in an administration role
  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Organisation & prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work independently & in a team
  • Problem solving skills
  • Query resolution skills
  • Good IT Skills (software appropriate to the role)
